FIELD: forming or shuttering elements for general use, particularly form profile having closed box-like cross-section. ^ SUBSTANCE: form profile comprises vertical post having groove formed from outer side thereof. Groove length does not exceed end post length. The form profile also comprises vertical rear post with lock depression of triangular cross-section. Lower surface of the depression extends at an angle to support panel. The form profile comprises support panel for deck having one end mating upper point of lock depression, lower flange and bend located in upper part of vertical end post. The support panel is provided with groove adjoining the bend and having size equal to processing tool size, namely 15-20 mm. Bending radius in connection area between support panel and inclined bend wall and radii of upper bend flange are equal to R1 - R1.5 mm. Lock depression define obtuse angle equal to 110° at base thereof. Support panel dimension is less than that of lower flange. Wall thickness is the same along the full form profile perimeter. Welded joint is formed in lower profile flange and horizontal support panel. Depths of grooves made in vertical end post and support panel are identical and equal to 1-1.5 mm. The bent is triangular and have walls touching each other at bent apex. ^ EFFECT: increased quality of deck installation and connection with sheet frame without preliminary deck ends fitting and reduced material consumption. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
