#CMT# #/CMT# A first seal is fitted inside the pile cavity (3) by securing two spaced apart partitions (7, 8) inside this cavity at two opposing ends of the passage through the pile in order to create a buffer space between these partitions. The buffer space is filled with a filler material (17) introduced via a filling opening and this material is then left to solidify. #CMT# : #/CMT# The pile body is a hollow part with a continuous mantle. A second seal is fitted inside the pile cavity at a distance from the first seal in order to form an enclosed space between the two seals. An inlet pipe and an outlet pipe are introduced into the pile cavity so that they extend through the first seal and each have one end in communication with the space between the seals. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# For geothermal heating systems. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# An enclosed space can be formed inside the pile before it has been sunk without adversely affecting the pile production process. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The figure shows a length section of the pile. 3 : Cylindrical cavity 7, 8 : Foam discs 17 : Mortar.
|
