PURPOSE: Provided are a multi-functional rice composition which improves adult diseases such as constipation, blood sugar level, body weight decrease, cholesterol and the like, and a method for preparing the same. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional rice composition is characterized by comprising 20-50 wt.% of rice bran, 2-25 wt.% of germinated unpolished rice, 5-20 wt.% of germinated barley, 5-20 wt.% of buck wheat, 5-10 wt.% of glutinous rice, 5-15 wt.% of molokhiya and 5-15 wt.% of black bean. |
