FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should remove both collum femoris and caput femoris, resect protruding sections of bony tissue of Adams arch in medullary canal at the level and above previous inter-trochanterian medialyzing osteotomy under endoprosthesis pedicle, try to obtain the thickness of medial cortical wall at the level of previous osteotomy up to the thickness of lateral cortical wall, prepare a dowel without cartilaginous and compact layer out of pre-resected caput according to fissure developed between cortical layer and endoprosthesis pedicle, the dowel should be introduced into femoral canal along medial surface, descend the dowel below the level of previous osteotomy, introduce endoprosthesis pedicle into medullary canal by locating it laterally against the dowel, replace endoprosthesis pedicle and dowel in distal direction up to complete femoral fixation. The method enables to improve fixation of endoprosthesis pedicle at deformed proximal end of femur. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of endoprosthetics. ^ 4 dwg, 1 ex |
