According to invention, proposed rotary internal combustion engine has body with supports, crankcase, shafts on supports displaced in parallel relative to each other, and cylinders with pistons. Cylinder with systems and mechanisms providing working cycle is mounted on one shaft, and lever hinge-connected with piston is coupled with other shaft.
