BELLOWS COMPENSATOR FOR HYDRAULIC PROTECTION OF SUBMERSIBLE OIL-FILLED ELECTRIC MOTORS

FIELD: hydraulic protection of hermetic submersible oil-filled electric motors of pumping plants used for production of oil and other formation fluids. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed bellows compensator includes bellows whose interior is brought into communication with interior of electric motor and outer surface is brought in contact with outside medium. Arranged inside the bellows is second bellows provided with bottom. Outer surface of second bellows is brought in contact with interior of electric motor. Interior of second bellows is brought into communication with outside medium. Primary objective of invention is to reduce natural volume and large relative change of compensator for enhancing reliability of submersible electric motors due to perfect sealing and increased overhaul period. ^ EFFECT: facilitated procedure of assembly at wells; improved quality of pumps. ^ 1 dwg
