FIELD: apparatuses for receiving, transporting and uncoiling coils of rolled strip fed successively from rolling mill or storage. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes turntable-type holder driven to rotation around vertical axis and supporting pair of carrying mandrels mutually shifted by 90° spaced along radius and mounted with possibility of rotation. Said mandrels have axial locking members. Turntable type holder rotates mandrels by 180° from position for receiving coils of rolled band to position for their uncoiling. Holder also includes two additional carrying mandrels shifted relative to main mandrels by 90°. Between positions for receiving and uncoiling and also between position for receiving carrying mandrels and uncoiling position there are additional working positions for removing binding tape from coil, placing it on coil and marking coil. ^ EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities, namely possibilities for performing not only operations for receiving, rotating, uncoiling and removing coils but also operations for inspecting coils, placing binding tape or removing it, marking, weighing coil and so on. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
