FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying endodontic treatment and root separation into individual fragments. Coronal and root cavities are formed after having healed the wound. The cavities are composed of cavities earlier formed in root base of each of the fragments and restricted by walls rebuilt to gingiva level from composite material and then to tubercle level in accordance with anatomical structure and shape of a tooth. Each coronal and root cavity is reinforced with carcass built in advance from gold-plated metal gauze repeating cavity surface shape. U-shaped groove to tooth equator depth is produced on contacting walls of the coronal and root cavities along contact line. The contacting walls are connected to each other by means of composite material at the level of equator. Additional reinforcement is done with rectangular gold-plated metal gauze mounted in the groove. Free ends of the gauze are below the gingival level. The coronal and root cavities are filled first with glass ionomer cement to the gingival level and then with microfilled composite material.
