It is intended to provide a remedy for gynecologic diseases with little side effects. A remedy for gynecologic diseases characterized by containing, as the active ingredient, a mixture of cyclic and/or linear poly-L-lactic acids which is obtained by heating L-lactic acid in a nitrogen gas atmosphere under reduced pressure to thereby dehydrate and condense the same.
