The valve (1) has a cylindrical case (4) with an end, opposite to a motor (3), closed in a manner to constitute a base. The case has a separation portion (4b) that presents an annular projection (10) between an annular groove (8) and a coupling of the motor. A slide (2) presents, on its outer wall, an annular flange (11) that abuts against the projection. The groove constitutes a housing for an O-ring seal (7).
