Cosmetic composition (A) comprises a conditioning agent and an ethylenic copolymer comprising: a monomer (I) (10-60 wt.%) or their salts; a cationic monomer (40-90 wt.%) or their salts; and optionally nonionic hydrophilic monomers (0-50 wt.%) with the exclusion of methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and isopropyl acrylate (higher or equal to 10 wt.%) in a medium.
