The flap has a shutter (5) movable between sealing and unblocking positions of an aperture (4), and a tubular body (6) with an inner valve (7), prolonged by a sleeve (11). The sleeve is movable in translation between a position situated in retreat with respect to the aperture and an advanced position, engaged in the aperture. The sleeve is in retreat and advanced positions when the shutter seals and unblocks the aperture, respectively. The shutter and the sleeve are moved in coordinated manner using a small electric motor (12) and movement transmission units.
