PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector 4 at a low cost, having high reliability of charging and further excellent in convenience. SOLUTION: A charger for cellular phones includes a terminal 13, having one end constituting a cellular side terminal 16 connected with a cellular phone, and the other end constituting a charger side terminal 19 connected with a charger for the cellular phone, and upper and lower connector cases 11, 12 sandwiching terminal 13 from the top and the bottom to be integrated with protruding charger side terminal 19, being encapsulated by the cellular side terminal 16. A latching groove is formed on the top of a connector case 11, in which a latching protrusion provided to the charger for cellular phone is latched, when the cellular phone is inserted into a charger for cellular phone, thereby restricting its detachment.
