PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system that can obtain high efficiency. SOLUTION: A boosting converter 32 boosts the battery voltage of a battery 12 and feeds it to a power supply line PL2. An inverter 34 rectifies three-phase AC power generated by a motor generator MG1 and feeds it to the power supply line PL2. A DC/AC converter 38 is connected to the power supply line PL2 that is controlled to have a voltage level higher than the battery voltage of the battery 12, and to an earthing line SL.
