PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust muffler capable of improving cornering balance characteristics in traveling, improving silencing effects and decorative effects, and simplifying the welding work for TIG welding. SOLUTION: An exhaust pipe 30 and a muffler 20 are formed of iron material or stainless steel material and only a tail pipe 10 is formed of titanium material. The tail pipe 10 is externally fitted to an end part 41 of a silencing pipe 40 inserted into the muffler 20. The tail pipe 10, the end part 41 of the silencing pipe 40, and an outer cylinder end part 21 of the silencer 20 are integrally welded by the TIG welding.
