PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of cleaning by easily washing away dirt of an inner wall surface or the like of a garbage collecting box with water, to reduce the labor required for the above cleaning, and to shorten the time required for it. SOLUTION: Titanium oxide is applied to the inner wall surface and the discharge plate 6 of the garbage collecting box 3, and a light 7 is installed in a suitable position in the garbage collecting device 3 such as the uppermost end of a front face 3a of the garbage collecting box 3 in this embodiment. The light 7 is lighted when an engine (not shown) is driven, and suitably lighted depending on the degree of dirt even if the engine is stopped. When the light 7 is radiated to the inner wall surface or the discharge plate 6 in the garbage collecting box 3 to which the titanium oxide is applied, the dirt in the irradiated part is decomposed and the dirt is floated to be washed away with water.
