PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary automatic door and a building having such a rotary automatic door, capable of preventing the killed and injured situation when a person is sandwiched between an end part 12a of a circular arc-shaped outer wall and door panels 14. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by this rotary automatic door having the circular arc-shaped outer wall 12 having the doorway 11, a rotary body 13 rotatably arranged in the circular arc-shaped outer wall, at least the two door panel 14 installed on the rotary body, and a movable door 15 positioned in the end part 12a of the circular arc-shaped outer wall; and the building having such a rotary automatic door.
