PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sorting precision, usability and maintenance property. SOLUTION: A mechanism consists of: an inclined board 26 having a plate collection hole 24 opened on one side of a width direction; a support frame 28 supporting the inclined board 26 inclined forward and downward; a plate guide board 30 arranged at the lower part of the surface of the inclined board 26 and inclined toward the lower end of the plate collection hole 24; a guide board 32 arranged at the lower part of the hole 24 on the rear surface side of the inclined board 26 and guiding a plate 16 to an outside collection part. The plate 16 with foods and drinks 14 arranged thereon supplied from the upper side of the inclined board 26 is moved down rapidly toward the plate guide board 30 by the inclination of the inclined board 26 to forcedly separate the foods and drinks 14 from the plate 16 by impact against the plate guide board 30 due to the load and acceleration of the foods and drinks 14 and the plate 16 to fall down to be wasted to the lower part of a front side.
