METHOD OF SEPARATING AND COLLECTING CARPET LAYER (FIBER LAYER) AND BACKING LAYER FROM CARPET KEEPING ORIGINAL FORM OF EACH, AND METHOD OF REUSING CARPET, WHICH DIRECTLY REUSES SEPARATED AND COLLECTED ORIGINAL FORM AS LAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a recycling-oriented society for reducing industrial wastes. SOLUTION: In order to weaken the adhesion strength of the boundary surface (thermoplastic resin) between a carpet layer (fiber layer) and a backing layer of a carpet, the carpet is warmed to≥40°C. Alternatively, a cutting is made at the boundary surface of the carpet layer (fiber layer) and the backing layer of the carpet to give a condition of making the separation and collection easy, and the torque of one or two pairs of rolls rotated at the same speed in different directions is utilized for separating and collecting both of the carpet layer (fiber layer) and the backing layer of the carpet keeping the original form of them without destroying the form in this method of separating and collecting and this method of reuse.
