PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sock or insole of a shoe with a hallux valgus preventive body, permitting free movement/adjustment of the height and position of a swelling part for supporting the arch of the sole of a foot of a user according to the degree of flatfoot, difference of the pressure on the left and right feet or the shape and condition of the foot of each user, and capable of accurately being set at one point, which is a part to be corrected of the user. SOLUTION: The sock or insole with the hallux valgus preventive body has a position adjusting/fixing means so that the swelling part to be set at a one-point correction position corresponding to a vertical and/or horizontal arch on the inner side as the one-point correction position to be corrected on the sole, which is different for each user according to the symptom or degree, etc. of the flatfoot of the user wearing the shoe, or whether the foot is the left foot or right foot, can be moved and fixed to the one-point correction position. The sock or insole is characterized by layered parts forming the sock or insole which can gradually reduce the thickness of the swelling part to adjust the thickness to a prescribed value of thickness.
