PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin retainer that has no difficulty in processing or no disadvantage in using. SOLUTION: The pin retainer is made of an elastically deformable material and is composed of a ring-shape inserting section for inserting a pin therein, a pair of plate-like pin guides erected on opposite positions on the outer periphery of the inserting section at an angle tilted to an inserting section ring axis side with the tip ends of a pin retaining members being spaced apart allowing them to enter a circumferential groove of the pin, and a pair of handle members formed into an arch shape by folding the pair of pin guides from above both sides. The pin retaining sections of the opposing pin guides are inserted between a pair of leg sections of the handle members, and the tip end bridge sections connecting the leg sections are extended to the outer side of the pin guides in the radial direction.
