Endless loop machine has an abrasive belt (1), a lamellar belt (2) which can be taken out of it, and a sanding pad (3). The abrasive belt is guided around a first, second and then third roller (4,5,6) and the lamellar belt likewise around a first, second and fourth roller (7), the second being placed near the sanding pad. The first roller is designed so that when the lamellar belt is taken off it can work as a calibrating roller and the first and second rollers can be height adjusted independently from one another.
