<p>The unit is assembled of a table (1) with rails, a carriage carrying the clamping jaws (5), and an additional clamping element (6). The work-piece (4) which can be a pipe is held between the jaws (5) at one end and a metal bow (6) fastened with a spindle at some distance. The unit can be manually or electrically adjusted in position and moved longitudinally and transversally. The work-piece (4) can also be rotated if required. The drill (3) to be used is ideally of a stepped shape.</p> |
