<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving purified recombinant virus vectors (especially alphavirus vector) of freeze-dried form at high temperatures, and to provide its dosage form suitable for injecting to patients. <P>SOLUTION: The expression cassette is a DNA alphavirus structural protein expression cassette containing inducible promoters and alphavirus structural protein genes, wherein the promotor orientates expression of the alphavirus structural protein genes in inducing the promotor in the cells, and, the expression cassette has cytotoxicity to BHK cells including the expression cassette and nevertheless does not express sufficient amount of structural proteins before inducing in the cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
