<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store information management method, which allows owners of store information to appropriately manage store information. <P>SOLUTION: An owner at an (A) store configures to permit an FC head office to browse sales information included in store information (A1) and equipment makers to browse equipment trouble information included in the store information through a personal computer 5 (A2). Thereby, the FC head office can access sale information on the (A) store from a webpage of the (A) store on a server using a login ID (franchise ID) through a personal computer 6 (A3).
