<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service level contract support device capable of adjusting the level of service for a building or facility management service involving a work specification to enable selection of a service which can satisfy a customer. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a service level designation means designating a service level, a service specification determination means determining a work specification of service corresponding to the designated service level, a service quality prediction means predicting the quality of service from the determined service specification, a service price prediction means predicting the price of service from the determined service specification, and a service content presentation means presenting information for them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
