RISK MUTUAL AID SYSTEM, RISK MUTUAL AID METHOD AND RISK MUTUAL AID PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk mutual aid system which can be used for performing risk distribution not only between business subjects having risks in opposite directions but also between business subjects having risks in the same direction.

SOLUTION: A risk mutual aid server 10 is provided with a weather risk calculating means 11 for calculating the weather risk of each business unit in which weather fluctuation in a certain period in a year becomes the factor of profit fluctuation, a bond portfolio preparing means 12 for preparing the portfolio of a bond to be issued by each business unit so that the risk distribution effects of each business unit can be made different based on the weather risk and a reception and payment sum calculating means 17 for calculating the reception and payment sum of each business unit corresponding to the bond distributed to each business unit based on the portfolio after the lapse of the period. The weather risk calculating means 11 calculates the fixed rate of the fluctuating risk of the business profits due to the weather fluctuation of each business unit as the weather risk based on the past business result data of each business unit and the weather data of the business area of each business unit.
