PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate audience rating measurement of broadcast outputted in a movile body promptly after the broadcast in a broadcast program receiving system and an audience rating measurement system. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle terminal 10 is provided with a broadcast receiver 22 which receives the broadcast, a display, and a speaker which output the broadcast received by the broadcast receiver 22 into a vehicle. An information management center 12 is provided with a data receiver 32 which receives the information transmitted from each on-vehicle terminal 10. To the on-vehicle terminal 10, the channel number information of the broadcast outputted, time information to which the channel is outputted, and position information of the vehicle, are transmitted by radio from a communication device 30 to the information management center 12 through a predetermined network communication network 14. And, the broadcast program which is viewed for every vehicle is specified by referring to the broadcast program information according to an area based on the receiving information in the information management center 12.
