PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor diagnosis device for performing failure diagnosis on a temperature sensor even if it is in a used state as a system of an inverter etc. by a user. SOLUTION: This temperature sensor diagnosis device is equipped with: a diode D1 as a temperature sensor provided near an object Q1 of temperature measurement; a constant-current circuit part 2 for passing an electric current If through the diode D1 in its forward direction, the current If increasing from zero to a prescribed current value while spending time longer than the start-up time of the object Q1 from when the object Q1 is started; a comparison circuit part 6 for comparing a forward voltage Vf generated across the diode D1 with a prescribed threshold voltage Vth; and a control part 4 for clocking current rising time from the start-up time of the object Q1 till the forward voltage Vf becomes equal to or more than the prescribed threshold voltage Vth to compare the rising time with prescribed threshold time.
