PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method for a horizontal hole hollow part capable of easily performing back-filling operation in the horizontal hollow part by using a foam urethane as a filler. SOLUTION: This filling method for filling the horizontal hollow part without almost producing clearance while manufacturing the foam urethane at a construction site comprises a form assembling step for partitioning a partition space to be filled from the closed end face of the horizontal hole hollow part and assembling the form, a urethane filling step for filling the foam urethane in the partition space by a urethane filling device and foaming the urethane, and a form removing step for filling the foam urethane in the partition space without any clearance and hardening the foam urethane, removing the form, and forming a new closed end face of the horizontal hole hollow part. All steps comprising the form assembling step to the form removing step are performed once or multiple times repeatedly to back-fill the horizontal hole hollow part with the foam urethane.
