PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-water cleaning toilet seat which enables the vertical placement of a control substrate, which surely prevents the occurrence of a strain on the control substrate even if the control substrate is fixed by means of a screw, and which enhances assemblability. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left vertical slit grooves 3 is provided on the side of a main body 2; a pair of right and left insertion parts, which is inserted in a vertical direction B in the state of making gaps G1 and G2 in longitudinal and horizontal directions D and C with respect to the respective grooves 3, is provided in the control substrate 4 as a wiring means for electronic equipment to be housed in a main body 2; and a mounting piece 8, which has a recess 7 with a leading end opened toward forward F or backward E is provided in the state of protruding from the control substrate 4. A vertically opened screw hole part 9 is provided in a position to face the recess 7 of the mounting piece 8 on the side of the main body 2. A mounting screw 10 is screwed into the screw hole part 9 by passing through the recess 7 of the mounting 8 in a state wherein the respective insertion parts 5 of the control substrate 4 are inserted into the respective grooves 3 in the vertical direction B.
