PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope planting technique for preventing the slide-down of a thick layer base material with the flow-down of rainwater due to rainfall. SOLUTION: A plurality of stopper members 2 area erected at preset intervals into a sloping ground 1 on which a planting slope is constructed, and anchor pins 3 are driven and fixed therein. At this time, the stopper members 2 are arranged in the direction of forming mutual angles of 20-45°to the sloping direction of the ground 1. Then, the thick layer base material is sprayed toward the ground 1 to be stiffened so that it covers the ground 1 and the stopper member 2, to form an additional soil layer.
