PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the loading height at the time when transporting a precast concrete member. SOLUTION: One end part of an axial reinforcement 11 embedded in a precast concrete member 10 is fixed to an embedding sleeve 14 opening to one end face of the precast concrete member and the other end is extended to the near site of the other end face of the member, and a fixing hole 15 forming unevenness at the inner face is opened at the other end face so as to go along the other end part of the axial reinforcements and joint reinforcements 13 inserted in the fixing hole are fixed to the fixing hole through a grout agent infilled in the fixing hole and protruded from the other end face of the precast concrete member, the protruded end of the joint reinforcement is inserted in the embedding sleeve of the jointing other precast concrete member and fixed by the grout agent infilled in the embedding sleeve.
