PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muck loading device and a muck loading facility capable of installing even such a transport conveyor that it can be suspensively supported by facilitating the handling with a small size on an optional position. SOLUTION: The muck loading device 1 detachably supported on a working arm 5 of the first working vehicle and loading muck in the middle of a conveyance route of the transport conveyor 3 is so installed that a frame body 22 is provided to the front end section of the working arm 5 through a horizontal turning device 21 turnable around the axial center in the vertical direction, a hopper 24 is provided to the upper part of the frame body 22, at the same time, an oblong flow straightening exhaust port 26 is provided to the lower part of the frame body 22 and that the flow straightening exhaust port 26 is set parallel with the transport direction of the conveyor by the horizontal turning device 21.
