PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure by dispensing with a stopper and the like. SOLUTION: A sheet transfer-loader 1 for transferring a carried-in stacking block 9 to a pallet 11 and carrying out the same includes: a transfer part 3 for receiving the supply of the pallet 11; and first and second conveyer units 5, 7 disposed on both sides of the transfer part 3 to perform carry-in operation to the transfer part 3, wherein the first and second conveyer units 5, 7 are movably supported so that the respective forward end parts 57 are moved to be close to each other from both sides of the transfer part 3 to the upper side thereof, the carry-in operation is stopped to position the carried-in stacking block 9 on the first and second conveyer units 5, 7 moved close to each other, and the first and second conveyer units 5, 7 are moved to separate from each other and mutually retreated from the transfer part 3 to transfer the stacking block 9 to the pallet 11 on the transfer part 3, and the pallet 11 on which the stacking block 9 is placed can be carried out.
