PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pressure monitoring device for vehicle which can prevent an alarming device from being unnecessarily operated because of a result such as an air pressure abnormality even when a tire air pressure is set to be slightly higher by mainly changing a standard air pressure region being set for performing the abnormality judgement for the tire air pressure at the time of an inspection of the tire air pressure monitoring device, and of which the own inspection can surely be performed as well. SOLUTION: In this tire air pressure monitoring device 10, a C/U 12 judges whether a vehicle 1 is under a normal first state or under a second state other than the first state. When being under the second state is judged, the standard air pressure region is changed. The tire air pressure monitoring device 10 is constituted in a manner to be switchable into either of an inspection mode for inspecting the tire air pressure monitoring device 10 and a non-inspection mode other than the inspection mode.
