PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor which can designate a brailling region to a processing sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet processor 1 is equipped with a brailling means 12 for carrying out brailling to the processing sheet T while sending the processing sheet T on the basis of input information, a brailling region setting means for arbitrarily setting a position of the brailling region for brailling on the processing sheet T, and a control means 14 for controlling the brailling means 12 on the basis of the set result by the brailling region setting means.
