PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin system capable of easily and rapidly bulletining an inexpensive bulletin object not requiring a tacky adhesive in a prescribed position of a bulletin board. SOLUTION: The bulletin system includes the bulletin board 20 for bulletining the bulletin object 55, such as a schedule or a poster, and an opening/closing panel 30 having a freely openably and closably disposed transparent part on the bulletin board 20. The upper part of the bulletin board 20 includes clips 18 composed of elastic bodies to be pressed and energized to the bulletin board. The clips 18 are invisibly concealed by the opening/closing panel 30 when closing the opening/closing panel 30 and even more, the bulletin board 20 includes stoppers 41 for opening which maintain the open state of the opening/closing panel 30.
