PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of condensation in an exhaust pipe, by securing the temperature of exhaust gas after heat exchange. SOLUTION: This heat source machine has a combustor 1 for burning fuel such as gas and petroleum, a heat exchanger 2 for moving and heating combustion heat of the combustor 1 to a circulating liquid being a heating medium, the exhaust pipe 5 for exhausting combustion gas after heat exchange, a setting means 9 for setting an exhaust method and an exhaust pipe installing method, and a control means 10 for controlling input to the combustor 1 on the basis of the setting set by the setting means 9. A temperature sensor is arranged for detecting the temperature of the circulating liquid, and the detecting temperature of the temperature sensor is also used as an element for controlling the input to the combustor.
