PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mule sterilizing and supplying device which is minimized in size and can uniformly and securely sterilize all the mules. SOLUTION: A mule throw-in port 2 is formed in the upper part of a body case 1 and a take-out port 3 in the lower part. A guide mechanism 5 to guide mules 4 in a side facing condition thrown in through the mule throw-in port 2 to the mule take-out port 3 from the mule throw-in port 2 is disposed on the mule sterilizing and supplying device. UV rays from UV lamps 6a, 6b are emitted for sterilizing the mules 4 moving guided by the guide mechanism 5. Because the mules 4 are moved in a side facing condition, width and height of the body case 1 can be reduced. Also by emitting UV rays to the mules 4 moving in such a condition, all the mules 4 are uniformly and securely sterilized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
