The present invention expands the concept, famous all over the world, of "Italian espresso coffee" and reaffirms still more the Italian supremacy in this field, introducing an innovative formula for the traditional cup of coffee and a new concept that one of "Italian espresso HEALTHY coffee". As it will be described widely in the description, the special formula and methodology of the embodiments of the invention, of easy industrial application, permits to obtain, according to the last dietologic recommendations, a healthy, stimulating product, with delicious taste and optimal like daily food integrator.
