<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify contents and an occurrence position of an error only by simple description without performing posteriori analysis of the error. <P>SOLUTION: This license evaluation device 110 is provided with a data storage part 150 storing a license 182, a contents selection part 152 selecting contents, a license extraction part 154 extracting the license from the data storage part, a conditional expression determination part 158 reading a conditional expression in the use condition information for the license and an error code previously given to the conditional expression and determining whether the conditional expression is satisfied or not, and an error code retaining part 164 holding the error code if the conditional expression is not satisfied.
