<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-less type program controllable RFID transponder with a logic circuit which is incorporated with a CPU so as to be integrated into one chip or made connectable to the outside so as to be made intelligent, by efficiently generating an induced electromotive force and stably supplying power to another circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A highly efficient antenna whose mutual inductance can be largely obtained is used or an antenna for generating power is separately arranged and connected to an RFID chip. Also, induced electromotive power generated by the antenna and a tuning circuit in the RFID part is rectified into direct currents by a rectifying circuit, and then charged in a mass capacitor. Also, the RFID part of the FRID chip is equipped with a communication interface part, and incorporated with a CPU, so as to be integrated into one chip, or the CPU chip is made connectable to the outside.
