<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain water from a fan casing, even if the water is left as it is, when the water intrudes from an upper blowout port into the fan casing 35 installed in an end wall part 321 of an intake case 32 for installing an air cleaning filter 31. <P>SOLUTION: A drain passage 328 communicating with the lowest part in the fan casing 35, is arranged in the end wall part 321 of the intake case 32.
