摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode material made of a complex particle of a nickel oxide and a stabilized zirconia free from warping, crack, fissure or the like at baking in making an anode of a solid oxide fuel cell, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the anode material for the solid oxide fuel cell made of a complex particle in which a nickel oxide and a stabilized zirconia are uniformly compounded includes a process of obtaining slurries by putting a nickel oxide raw material and the stabilized zirconia by a wet type crushing and mixing method, a process of obtaining dried powder by putting the slurries by a spray drying method, and a process of obtaining the complex particle by putting the dried powder in baking treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
