<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly supply electric power to on-vehicle electrical equipment while certainly and effectively charging a capacitor installed in the equipment with electricity. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply unit for a vehicle is comprised of a first capacitor 11 in which the voltage at full charging is the first voltage, a second capacitor 12 in which the voltage at full charging is lower than the first voltage, a voltage generating means 40 to charge the first capacitor with the first voltage, and a control unit 30 to control the voltage generating means 40. The control unit 30 is comprised of a voltage measuring means 31 to measure the real voltage of the first capacitor 11 and the second capacitor 12, a voltage comparing means 32 to compare the real voltage of the first capacitor 11 and the second capacitor 12, and a charge control means 3 to charge the first capacitor 11 with electricity by operating on the voltage generating means 40 based on the comparative results by the voltage comparing means 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
