<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft 2 for a golf club which suppresses harms such as losing of directional stability of a hit ball, reduction of the flying distance of the ball, etc. caused by crushing and deformation of a kick point. <P>SOLUTION: In the shaft 2 for the golf club, a shaft shaped body 10 is provided with: a main body layer 11, and intermediate layer 12 and an outer layer 13 which are cylindrical; and a reinforcing layer 14 arranged between the intermediate layer 12 and the outer layer 13. The reinforcing layer 14 is formed of a fiber reinforced synthetic resin sheet which is wound on a part 10P including the kick point P of the shaft shaped body 10 and where fiber directions are equalized in a circumference direction. Since crushing and deformation of the part 10P including the kick point P is suppressed, the direction of the hit ball is stabilized and the reduction of the flying distance is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
