<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of allowing a manager side and a driver side to share a variety of information how a driver drives at driving and in what state a transporting vehicle is in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A road transporting management system S is composed of a transporting track 1, an on-vehicle computer 2, a packet communication network 3, a server 4 and a manager-side computer 5. Thermometers 12, 13 are arranged in a freezer 10 and a refrigerator 11 of the transporting track 1, respectively. Each information can be detected from a speed meter 14 and a tachometer 15. A feeding flow meter 16 is arranged in a supplying pipe for feeding fuel to a fuel injection pump. A return flow meter 17 is arranged in a return pipe. Each detected information is sent to an interface box 18 and further to the on-vehicle computer 2. The on-vehicle computer 2 has a display 23. A chip 20 for packet communication, a GPS receiver 21 and a memory card 22 are mounted on the on-vehicle computer 2. The on-vehicle computer 2 sends the information to the server 4.
