COMMUNICATION CONTROL SYSTEM, PROGRAM, INFORMATION STORAGE MEDIUM, AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system capable of gaining control of communication so that a plurality of terminals can communicate more efficiently and inexpensively.

SOLUTION: A computer comprises: a communication part 190 for mediating communication among the plurality of terminals with communication functions; a communication control unit 118 for controlling the communication; and a decision part 114 for deciding whether or not report information which needs to be notified of a first terminal by a second terminal has been received. The communication control unit 118 is constituted so that the communication part 190 is control so as not to transmit to the first terminal response information which shows the presence and absence of the report information when confirming information from the first terminal to confirm whether or not the report information has been received is received and the communication part 190 is controlled so as to transmit the report information to the first terminal after the report information has been received.
