PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for increasing detection precision of a noise position while shortening the electric charge storage time of blackout image data in noise removal of long-second photography. SOLUTION: A noise eliminating device as an embodiment of the present invention includes an image storage section which stores image data obtained by imaging a field with an imaging element, a dark current offset section which removes a level increment (dark current offset) from the blackout image data obtained by imaging in a shield state with the imaging element, a noise detection section which acquires the blackout image data having the dark current offset removed and detects a noise position exceeding a predetermined threshold from the blackout image data, and a noise removing section which carries out noise removal by replacing the noise position of the image data with pixel values of the periphery.
